For as long as we can remember, Ry has always put things around her neck. I'm worried she's going to choke herself, but Matt thinks she's accessorizing. There is always a scarf (or something that looks like one), a jump rope, a string, pair of pants, etc. over Riley's shoulders. And she always comes to you to show it off. We have recently moved the girls in the same room and Riley's crib is right next to the dresser. She thinks she's cool because she can open the drawer and pull out Bay's clothes. I came in the other day and she had pulled out this swim suit and put it over her head. She was so proud of herself! Matt and I just wonder how they know they should be girly when we've never really pushed that kind of stuff! They both are though. With the new room arrangement there is a little corner between the dresser and crib that Bailey says is the dressing room. She is in there several times a day changing her clothes and trying different things out that she thinks will look good together. It's usually a brown shirt with pink stars with a blue and green skirt or something of the like. Although I took several child development and parenting classes that say as part of personality development you should allow kids to pick out their own clothes, this is one theory I'm going against. After all, it's me that has to go out in public with them.

Girls are too fun. Love the haircuts and the fact that Nate knows the science to 2nd cousins, is too fun. That is going to be great to have family with kids so close. Take care, Tammi A
I love it!! I am glad you found our blog. Now I just need to keep up with it. I can't wait to see you guys one of these days. We just need to plan it. I love your new haircuts too!!:) Such a cute family! Love you!
Ry, you are sooooo cute! I guess girls just know.....my boys sure know how to wild, dirty, and how to make weapons out of anything. Carson refused to walk down the girl toy aisle at Walmart yesterday. What Gives!
Kora has LOVED the color pink from birth I swear! She's completely drawn to it. She hasn't started wanting to pick out he own clothes yet, but I'm sure it will come soon! I love it. It would be really fun to get together when you're in town. I think the end of the month is pretty open - maybe a day at hayden or just a bbq? What dates are you here?
